What does the Google Calendar integration do?
Boclar copies appointments to the business's shared Google Calendar. With two-way sync enabled, changes are synchronized and busy Google events affect the availability clients see in Boclar.
Does each professional connect their own Google Calendar?
No. Boclar connects one Google Calendar shared by the business. Separate Google account connections for each professional are not supported.
Is it free?
Yes. Google Calendar sync is included on every plan, including Independent.
What if an appointment changes in both calendars?
Choose a conflict policy: keep the Boclar change, keep the Google change or review the conflict yourself. Google Calendar synchronization does not replace your team's scheduling rules.
Can clients see my personal events?
No. Clients only see that the time isn’t available. The event itself stays in your Google Calendar.
Why is a time not showing on my booking page?
A time is free only when the professional has working hours that day, no time off, no other appointment, the location isn’t closed, and nothing is busy in Google.
