Can clients choose their barber?
Yes. Clients pick a barber, or choose “any available” and Boclar books whoever is free at that time.
Can I still take walk-ins?
Yes. Add walk-ins and phone bookings from the calendar. They appear alongside online bookings, so your team can check the day's appointments in one place.
Can each barber have different hours?
Yes. Set working days, breaks and time off for each person. Clients only see times when that barber is free.
What if a client cancels at the last minute?
By default, clients can cancel online up to 24 hours before and reschedule twice with 12 hours’ notice. Repeat no-shows can be flagged or blocked by your attendance policy.
