Can I sell without an appointment?
Yes. A quick sell records a sale at the counter with no appointment.
Can a client pay with two methods?
Yes. Split the payment across cash, transfer, payment link or card.
How do refunds work?
A refund is either for something sold or for money paid twice or over the total. The default refund window is 7 days.
Can I take card payments?
Yes, through Stripe: card, card on file, Apple Pay and Google Pay, in every country Stripe supports. Stripe charges its own fees.
Can clients pay a deposit when booking online?
No. Online booking does not collect deposits. Card payments and payment links are available through Stripe in checkout, as a separate flow from reserving the appointment.
