Can clients book from Instagram?
Yes. Add your Boclar booking link to your Instagram bio or WhatsApp Business profile. Clients book on your page and get a confirmation email.
Can clients cancel or reschedule on their own?
Yes, from My bookings, within your rules. By default they can cancel up to 24 hours before and reschedule twice with 12 hours’ notice.
How far ahead can clients book?
By default, up to 30 days ahead and until 2 hours before. Change both in Settings › Online booking.
Can I send reminders on WhatsApp?
Yes. The add-on costs $5 a month; Meta messaging charges are separate. WhatsApp currently sends reminders only.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Boclar Independent costs $0 and includes 1 location, 2 professionals and 30 bookings a month, with your booking page, email reminders and client records.
