Do my clients need to create an account?
No. They choose services and a time on your booking page and provide the details you require. They can manage their booking through its private link without installing an app.
How far ahead can clients book?
From 2 hours to 30 days ahead, in 15-minute slots. You can change the window.
Can clients cancel or reschedule on their own?
Yes, from My bookings, within your rules. By default they can cancel up to 24 hours before and reschedule twice with 12 hours’ notice, giving a reason when they cancel.
Can I make the page look like my brand?
Yes, on Team and Multi-Location: light or dark theme, button shape and your brand colour, plus your logo, photos and social links.
What happens if I change my link?
The old link keeps redirecting to the new one for 90 days.
