Can I leave time between treatments?
Yes. Add buffer time to a service and it’s blocked on the calendar, so nobody is booked into it.
Can guests book a specific therapist?
Yes. Guests pick a therapist, or choose “any available” and Boclar books whoever is free.
Can I hide client details on a shared screen?
Yes. The privacy lock hides contact details, earnings or both behind a PIN. Team permissions control which details each person can access.
Can I close for holidays or time off?
Yes. Add a closure for the location and dates you need, or block time for individual therapists. Clients cannot book during those blocked hours.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Boclar Independent costs $0 and includes 1 location, 2 professionals and 30 bookings a month, with your booking page, email reminders and client records.
