Can I review requests before they’re booked?
Yes. Turn off auto-confirm, and every online booking waits for you to accept or decline it in the To confirm panel of your calendar.
Can I require a deposit when a client books?
Boclar does not collect a deposit during online booking. You can review requests before confirming them and handle payment separately. If taking a deposit inside the booking flow is essential, that flow is not currently included.
Can clients choose their artist?
Yes. Clients pick an artist and only see that artist’s open times.
Can consultations be shorter than sessions?
Yes. Each service has its own length and price, so a 30-minute consultation and a 7-hour day sit side by side.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Boclar Independent costs $0 and includes 1 location, 2 professionals and 30 bookings a month, with your booking page, email reminders and client records.
