Can I work from more than one gym?
Yes. Add each place as a location with its own hours and services. Multi-Location includes 3 locations, and you can add more for a monthly charge.
Does it sync with my Google Calendar?
Yes. Boclar uses a shared Google Calendar for the business, on every plan. Appointments appear there, and busy events in that calendar affect availability. This is a business calendar connection, rather than a separate connection for each trainer.
Can clients book online sessions too?
Yes. Create an online session as a service with its own duration and price. Clients book it through your page; Boclar does not create a video call or meeting link.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Boclar works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, for you and your clients.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Boclar Independent costs $0 and includes 1 location, 2 professionals and 30 bookings a month, with your booking page, email reminders and client records.
