Privacy lock

Hide contact details and takings, with a PIN.

Boclar’s privacy lock hides client contact details, your earnings, or both, behind a 4-digit PIN. Your team can keep working the schedule while private details stay hidden on shared screens.

Why it helps

Privacy at the front desk, without slowing down.

  • You choose what to hide

    Contact, Earnings, or Both.

  • Locks itself

After 1, 5 or 15 idle minutes, or lock now.

  • Hidden until you unlock

Use your PIN to reveal hidden contact details or earnings.

  • Work in progress kept

A half-filled form waits under the PIN pad.

Every team member can use it, on every plan.

You choose

Hide contact details, earnings, or both.

Hidden values show as dots with a small lock chip; tap it and enter the PIN.

Questions

Privacy lock, answered.

Does the privacy lock work on a shared screen?

Yes. Hide client contact details, earnings or both behind a four-digit PIN. Each device session has its own lock, so you can protect the front desk screen while keeping access on your own device.

What happens if I forget my PIN?

Choose “Forgot” on the PIN pad and enter your account password. After 5 wrong PINs, attempts pause for 15 minutes.

Is it different from team permissions?

Yes. Roles decide for good what someone can see; the privacy lock hides things on a shared screen until the PIN is entered. Use both for a receptionist who shouldn’t see revenue.

Does it hide amounts in reports?

Yes. Amounts show “•••” while counts, rates and change chips stay, and downloads leave out money columns.
